As an Active Sourcer (m/w/d), you are looking for the successful management and execution of Active Sourcing projects to the successful setting – and find the best employees for Deloitte. Strategy: You are responsible for defining Active Sourcing search strategies and selecting Active Sourcing tools and channels. Identification: In relevant portals, you can feel suitable experts:inside and talent, and take the direct address and preselection. Talent-Screening: You conduct telephone interviews with the candidate:inside, you use the information you have gained to create candidates:internal profiles. Project and stakeholder management: Your search projects are your own and are the first respondent for your stakeholders. Innovation: You are testing new trends around Active Sourcing such as the use of innovative AI tools.

Successfully completed university studies, preferably with a focus on staff At least one year of professional experience in Active Sourcing, ideally with a personal service provider or in an in-house Active Sourcing role Enough experience in dealing with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Xing TalentManager Impressed communication strength and customer orientation, safe occurrence, team spirit, service readiness and sovereignty in conversation with candidate: women, stakeholders and executives German and English very well in word and writing
