Installation, conversion and guidance of injection moulding machines and peripherals and handling equipment (angels) Installation of necessary cooling, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical equipment of injection moulding machines Assembly and disassembly of injection moulding tools Optimization of cycle times Machine monitoring and troubleshooting Commissioning of new tools Setting up, retrofitting and running of Pfiffner rotary control unit as well as Maxion machines Quality control of components If desired, it is also possible to work in 3D printing production and development (CAD).

Completed training as a process mechanic, plastic moulder or many years of professional experience in injection moulding with an interest in working with metal, as an alternative metal design with an interest in injection moulding Self-employed and self-responsible working and quality awareness Good knowledge of German in word and writing Ready to use plastic injection moulding machines and metal-working machines
