Audit Manager in Auditing (m/f/d)

As an audit manager (m/w/d), you play a central role in the implementation and control of audit and consulting projects. You work closely with partners and the audit team and are contact for our clients. Your activity includes: Management and implementation of annual audits according to HGB Management and implementation of consolidated financial statements according to HGB Planning, organisation and coordination of audit orders Professional guidance and guidance of exam assistants “on the job” Direct contact for clients during the test phase Personal appointments on site at the client (usually in the region, so that one is home in the evening) You enter medium-sized family businesses from the region In addition, the following activities are part of your task: Tax advice of audited companies Creation and review of tax returns Participation in tax issues under the statutory audit Creation and review of annual accounts In addition to the mandate work, you also perform internal tasks: Participation in quality assurance and quality management topics of the firm Further development of testing processes and methods including the use of EDV programs Project work on new technical or regulatory issues

Successfully completed study of economics, economics or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in auditing Very good knowledge of accounting (HGB) and ideally first experience with consolidated accounting You know DATEV or you're ready to learn the tools. You are open to digital processes and procedures Good knowledge of tax law Structured and independent operation Communication strength and joy in managing and developing employees Safe handling of digital auditing and accounting systems Of advantage, but no need: experience in the management of audit teams
