As a baker (m/w/d), you bring a good mood into the bakery every day and conjure up delicious baked goods with your abilities that make our customers feel better. Whether fine rolls, juicy croissants or crunchy bread – you are the creative head behind these masterpieces.

• You will be responsible for the production of bread, rolls and other baked goods.
• You carry out quality controls and make sure every piece is perfect.
• You work independently or in the team, depending on what's up.
• You're using recipes and maybe even experimenting with new creations!
• You always keep your work areas clean and hygienic. Order is half the bread!

We are looking for

You want to start with us as a baker (m/w/d)? Great! We are looking for motivated people who go to work with enthusiasm and have fun to use their skills daily. Backtalente like yours are worth gold, but it does not hurt to meet a few basic requirements:

• You ideally have a completed training as a baker. If not, show us your drive to learn it!
• You have up to 3 years of experience in back art – enough to be creative and inspired!
• You are team-ready and can also do your best under time pressure.
• You place great value on cleanliness, hygiene and precision.
• You have a passion for fresh, high quality bakery.
• Flexibility and the willingness to occasional early shifts are not a problem for you.
