(Senior) Bid Manager - Public Sector (m/f/d)

Responsible management and coordination of offers in the public sector (EU-wide & national) Analysis of award documents (e.g. performance descriptions, EVB‐IT, award criteria) Coordination of all technical deliveries and ensuring a smooth bid process Responsibility for Reviews, Releases, Compliance and Escalation Management Preparation of presentations and active support in customer and contract negotiations Documentation of the offer process and implementation of Win/Loss reviews

Successfully completed economic, legal studies or comparable qualifications. Mind. 5 years of experience in bid management, ideally in the environment of contracting authorities (dogs, countries, municipalities, authorities, public enterprises). Funded knowledge in procurement law (GWB, VgV, UVgO) and experience in dealing with EVB-IT contracts. Basic contractual knowledge as well as the ability to work on time and time. Found experience in sales and sales-related functions and proven experience in the preparation and execution of customer negotiations. Accurate and very well-defined analytical skills combined with technical affinity and pronounced communication skills. Very good MS Office knowledge, secure application of project management tools such as Microsoft Planner, MS Project, Jira or Confluence to control complex Bid processes. Practical experience in the use of AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) for analysis of tenders, structuring and creation of quote contents. Flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing. Fliessende Deutschkentnisse & very good English in word and writing. Your profile is rounded off by a safe occurrence towards contracting authorities and negotiation skills.
