Your tasks: You control the company's education and take the timely planning and control of regular training Through your proactive coordination with the responsible executives, you coordinate the timely qualification of employees in all trades You are organising training measures (functional trainings, adjustment trainings, assignments) - from appointment, booking and invitation to stay The maintenance and updating of certification qualifications (NAQ) and support in matching existing qualifications with the digital personnel file are also part of your portfolio of tasks You take over the planning and control of railway medical examinations and their booking The booking of seminars and travels via our internal portals is also in your area of responsibility
