Head of Quality Management (m/w/d) at European market leader

As a market leader in its segment, the company successfully develops and produces well-known retail chains and brand manufacturers. The location in the western Münsterland is part of the internationally active group of companies and is one of the most important employers in the region.

As part of a succession scheme, we are looking for a convincing leadership personality as a management of quality management (m/w/d). In this position, you take over the overall responsibility for quality management at the location and run a team of around 20 employees.

Ensuring and further developing the quality management system (including DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 13485, cosmetic GMP) Responsibility for product safety and certification (e.g. IFS-HPC, FSC, RSPO, A.I.S.E.) Leadership and further development of a 20-member team (quality assurance, complaint management, laboratory areas chemistry and microbiology) Preparation, implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits Analysis of quality indicators as well as optimization of structures and processes

Complete studies in the scientific, technical or food sector (e.g. chemistry, biology, food technology, process engineering, engineering) Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideally with sound knowledge of common certifications and standards Safe handling of MS Office, desirable are experiences with SAP Very good English skills Responsible, team-oriented leadership with structured and solution-oriented working
