Customer Excellence Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Customer Excellence Specialist (m/w/d), you ensure and continuously strengthen customer satisfaction by monitoring and coordinating the entire service chain from order collection to timely delivery and complete order processing. You maintain an intensive and proactive relationship with our customers and ensure a clear communication in every phase. In addition, you actively support projects to improve customer-excellence processes and reduce the associated costs, helping you directly improve service quality and operational efficiency.

The position is located at our EMEA headquarters in Hannover, Germany. What you will do As a Customer Excellence Specialist (m/w/d) your tasks include: Management and control of the Customer Consignation Camp to ensure accuracy, availability and compliance with agreed processes Processing of customer orders based on requests from customers or the sales department to ensure smooth and timely execution Monitoring and booking of customer orders via EDI, TecCom or other channels, with strict compliance with customer-specific rules, agreements and special requirements Introduction of the creation of shipping documents to ensure a timely delivery End-to-end control of the delivery process, including analysis of stocks and inputs of goods for the efficient allocation of stock to individual delivery certificates organisation of customer- requested delivery dates in coordination with forwarders and/or via the TMC platform Comprehensive support for all logistics-related customer requests and requirements Consumption, distribution and processing of customer complaints for the timely and effective solution triggering of labelling and post-load orders for production batches in cooperation with the warehouse Control, management and ordering of materials such as labels, components and packaging (pallets, foils, cartons) according to purchasing guidelines Creation of orders for the Customer Excellence Team (e.g. for forwarders, service providers, consumables) Support for improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects to increase efficiency and service quality Contribution to the achievement of customer-excellence KPIs through consistent performance and process maintenance Monitoring of age, quality, quantity, costs and storage efficiency of goods Creation and implementation of scrap applications for batteries and components Maintenance of master data, including label management and piece list updates under the guidance of the Professional/Manager Customer Excellence Proper archiving of documents and their administration according to

Completed vocational training, industrial clerk:mann or equivalent qualification in logistics, sales or administration At least 1 year of professional experience in an environment such as sales, production or logistics Good knowledge of common PC applications, including Microsoft Office 365, SAP and shared or cloud-based storage systems English and German language skills in word and writing, other languages are advantageous Basic knowledge of SAP in order to be able to safely operate common processes and processes Consciousness and understanding of requirements related to shipment of hazardous goods Embossed analytical skills and a structured and detailed way of working Effective communication skills for clear and reliable interaction with internal and external
