Our client is a medium-sized family company that produces tasty and popular brands as a subsidiary of a world-leading big player in the confectionery industry. The plants needed for the production of delicious treats are designed and built at the site in Taunusstein. The high quality requirements for the products and manufacturing processes are regularly rewarded with the market leadership.

In order to be able to continuously optimize this high quality of production, we need you, a controller (m/w/d) production, which estimates to work in a family working atmosphere at the Taunusstein site and also enjoys the advantages of the corporate mother in Halle and Berlin. You work closely with the managing director of the symphytic family business, the controller and the head of production controlling of the corporate mother, with the aim of optimizing processes and developing deviation analyses.

Analyze, design and follow-up of production processes Construction of factory control and reporting Imaging and Designing the Performance Process Monitoring economic efficiency by means of control-relevant indicators Planning and determination of production costs as part of pre- and post-calculation Coordinating, monitoring and controlling investment projects Support in the monthly and annual accounts

Completed commercial training with corresponding training or economics studies with deepening in finance, controlling At least 3 years of experience in controlling ideally in the production environment Analyzing affinity systems and reporting and questioning processes Knowledge found in MS Excel SAP knowledge (FI/CO) desirable Analytical, structured and independent working methods Good communication skills in dealing with different target groups Standing for occasional missions Interest in personal and professional development
