You can move a lot with us. You support various employer branding measures and contribute to positioning PENNY as an attractive employer for the relevant target groups. You develop and accompany the implementation of multimedia communication projects. You work with both internal contacts: inside and with external agencies. You support the analysis and implementation of strategic HR projects. You participate in the implementation of national and regional projects such as our application days and Azubi markets, and you always keep an overview. You perform organizational and administrative tasks, such as the evaluation and processing of data, as well as the creation of presentations and decision templates.

You can become part of our team. You convince by your strong communication strength and team capacity. You are drawing yourself through your independent, structured and conscientious way of working. In addition, you have solution-oriented and independent work. You are enrolled in a degree from the field of economics, business, marketing or psychology. You master the handling of all major MS Office programs, especially Power Point. You could ideally gain first practical experience. In addition, you bring six months of time and enthusiasm for the topics listed above.
