Sous Chef - Assistant Chef / Commercial Kitchen (m/f/d)

You support the kitchen management in the day-to-day business and take over the representation in absence You organize and control the daily operations in the arena kitchen You will ensure the quality and presentation of all food You are also responsible for ordering goods, receipt of goods, storage and inventory You keep all hygiene and HACCP standards and control them You guide and support the kitchen team professionally in operation and actively participate in events, catering and VIP events

You have a completed training as a cook / cooker (m/w/d) and several years of experience in the kitchen You bring experience as Chef de Partie You communicate safely and clearly in German You can cope well with common computer programs You support and guide the team: both in the team and pack on yourself You cook out and efficiently in larger quantities and have a high level of quality
