maintain and develop knowledge management systems

Promoting transparency, documentation and knowledge sharing across teams and business units

Support and organize workshops, community formats and strategic events

Track project plans, milestones, timelines and measures

Create presentations, reports and communication documents

actively shape structured working methods, governance processes and continuous improvements

Continuous studies in business management, innovation management, communication sciences, business informatics, project management or a comparable degree programme

Passion for innovation, new technologies and the implementation of new ideas into concrete added value

Interest in project management, communication and knowledge management

Embossed organizational and analytical skills and a structured working method

Active contribution to transparency, knowledge sharing and innovation as well as communication strength and joy in cross-departmental cooperation

Very good knowledge of German and English

Solid MS Office knowledge (PowerPoint and Excel as well as Miro, teams or SharePoint)

Experience with content management systems desirable (e.g. TYPO3, Contentful, Sitecore, Adobe AEM, WordPress)

Basic understanding of technical relationships (templates, interfaces, data protection)

Experience in handling AI applications / tools as well as the ability to use AI tools meaningfully for research, text formulation (e.g. User Stories), data evaluation or process automation
