In this position, you take a key role at the interface of strategy, finance and transformation with direct influence on the overall management of the Board of Management: sustainable financial transformation You independently manage central transformation initiatives in the field of financial resources and continuously develop the strategic project portfolio with a high impact on the overall organisation. Creating transparency & increasing control capacity You analyse existing complex financial and process relationships, guide informed action options and implement concrete sustainable improvements in terms of efficiency, taxability and sustainability in a structured and holistic manner. Promoting strategic initiatives at top management level You actively participate in higher-level initiatives with a large scale in the board's department and bring their own impulses to the further development of central governance structures. Sparring partners at board level You advise and support the Chief Financial Officer in strategically relevant and operationally demanding issues and take responsibility for selected topics. Creating established decision-making bases You create self-responsibly profound analyses, management reports and addressable presentations as the basis for directional decisions and decisions. Professional control of committee work You provide board meetings and central appointments and ensure correct, structured follow-up and prioritisation and implementation of the measures.
