We accompany customers from industry and energy production in the development and implementation of solutions for decarbonizing their processes, for example through a green heat supply, by generating and using green hydrogen or synthetic fuels as well as by implementing synergies by means of sector coupling. Full responsibility for the development and implementation of process engineering projects for energy production from renewable sources and for the production of green hydrogen and synthetic fuels Take over the function of the project manager including proactive taxes of the projects from project initiation to execution Organizing and professional leadership of the assigned project team as well as ensuring efficient project execution taking into account the customer's goals and Drees & Summer Technical, economic and organizational responsibility for project progress Support the project team and ensure efficient integration of internal know-how and internal and external stakeholders Ensure efficient customer communication and all relevant internal and external stakeholders

Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, process and process engineering, plant engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual interdisciplinary professional and management experience of plant engineering projects with focus on highly complex energy and process plants Embossed project management knowledge including planning expertise for systems of process engineering and energy and process technology in the complex industrial environment National readiness (approx. 30%) Ideally reliable German and/or very good English skills Enforcement and loadability combined with communication skills and high self-initiative
