You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering with the deepening of road planning / road construction and civil engineering or a comparable study. You have a training as a master or Technicians in a comparable field or practical experience in road construction. They ideally have deep expertise in road planning / road construction. They prefer professional experience in the local community or you are a dedicated professional who can quickly acquire the relevant knowledge and skills. They think innovative and targeted. They work independently, committed and structured, characterized by a high degree of awareness and a sense of decision. They perform cooperatively and convincingly with respect to construction companies, citizens and bodies, have good communication skills and negotiation skills. They like to work constructively in the team and interdisciplinary.
