Praktikum in Sales & Business Development – Digital Health (m/f/d)

Elona Health develops digital tools that strengthen patients and relieve psychotherapists in everyday treatment. With elona explore and elona therapy we are already represented with two digital health applications (so-called 'apps on recipe') in the German health market and are building the next generation of digital care. These are your tasks

You support our sales team in the care and development of psychotherapists: both as users of our DiGA elona therapy and elona explore. You research potential new accounts (e.g. Praxen, MVZs, Kliniken) and support our contact database and target customer lists. You take the data care and cleaning in our CRM (HubSpot): update properties, merge duplicates, structure contacts and deals. You support the preparation and follow-up of customer talks – from research to interview documentation to follow-up. You help build and maintain sales materials (e.g. conversation guides, onboarding documents, presentations). You conduct your own customer contacts – by e-mail or phone – and learn how to communicate professionally and empirically with health professionals. You analyze usage and activation data and guide action recommendations for account building. You work directly with the team and introduce your own ideas on how to make processes and structures better in sales.

You are studying in a relevant study program (e.g. BWL, Health Management, Communication, Psychology) and looking for a mandatory internship for at least 6 months. You're communicative, you're open to people and you're not afraid to grab the phone. You work structuredly and conscientiously – especially in data management and administrative tasks that are unspectacular but have real impact. First experiences with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot), Google Workspace or similar tools are of advantage. You think customer-oriented and have a good sense of how to build trust. You are interested in the healthcare market, especially for psychotherapy and digital care. You can communicate safely in German (Must-have) and in English. Mental health is an important social issue for you to actively contribute.
