Our client is a traditional insurance company that continues to grow throughout Europe and offers a professional program of property and income insurance. As an insurance association on reciprocity, each insured person is also a member and quasi co-owner. In Germany, our client is the leading damage insurer in a growing and sustainable segment. In the course of the further digital transformation and the resulting regulatory requirements, we are now looking for you as a DORA Compliance Officer (m/w/d). In this function, you will report directly to the Management Board. Compliance with the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) Monitoring, coordination and implementation of DORA Directives (ICT risk management, information security, incident management and monitoring of ICT third-party service providers) Implementation and monitoring of a robust system for identifying, evaluating and reducing ICT risks Regular review and update of strategies, policies and risk mitigation procedures Establishing processes for the classification, treatment and reporting of ICT-related incidents Management of risks arising from external ICT service providers, including due diligence checks and audits Organisation of regular tests to assess operational stability and effectiveness of safety measures Creation and maintenance of comprehensive reports on ICT risks, incidents and resilience tests for internal purposes and for supervisory authorities Training for employees and management bodies to promote safety awareness

Complete studies (informatics, business informatics) or comparable training and further training (e.g. certified DORA Lead Manager) Leadership and ability to manage and supervise the implementation of strategies for digital operational resilience Knowledge of financial regulation and cyber security to comply with DORA requirements Solid understanding of IT systems and processes to manage the technical aspects of digital resilience Experience in the implementation of IT and IS audits, as CISO or advice on DORA-specific topics Strategic thinking on the development and implementation of a DORA strategy readiness to keep knowledge and skills up-to-date with regard to ICT risks
