As a construction manager / project manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the professional planning, control and implementation of demanding construction projects in the field of railway infrastructure. You ensure that our construction projects are implemented in an efficient, economic and quali­cal manner, and always keep the view. Project Responsibility: Conducting complex infrastructure projects in railway infrastructure / in railway construction – including all relevant safety requirements Construction progress: Control of the construction design by performance directory, dates, cost frames and quality standards Documentation: Complete detection of progress in construction and even contract and plan deviations Communication: Central cutting point between disposition, third parties and other local project participants Performance package: Over-tariff proceeds, attrac­tive pleasure, 30 days holiday and a personal SPITZKE company vehicle with private use

Vocational experience: Practical experience in railway infrastructure / in railway construction – ideally as project manager / construction manager / junior construction manager / polisher (m/w/d) or in a comparable function Qualification: Closed studies as a civil engineer / civil engineer (m/w/d) or a further training as a master / technician (m/w/d) Working methods: High technical understanding, excellent organization and entrepreneurial thinking Mobility: Class B licence to use your personal SPITZKE vehicle (with private use)
