General responsibility for planning, control and further development of technical areas Ensuring efficient interaction between development, construction, production, assembly and material management Initiation and implementation of innovation and digitization projects for process optimization Responsibility for budget, investment planning and cost management Further development of automation, lean production and quality assurance Strategic technology planning and promotion of new product ideas in cooperation with research, development and sales. Ensuring the order processing in line with the order center in time and quality. Management and development of the team leaders – promoting self-responsibility, team spirit and innovation joy. Technical representation to internal and external partners, customers and suppliers

Your innovation joy and enthusiasm for technology shape your solution-oriented operation Successfully completed, technical studies; ideally in the field of physics, mechanical engineering, production technology, automation technology, mechatronics or electrical engineering Long-standing experience in a leading position in plant or special machine construction, ideally focusing on forming technology or automation technology Detectable successes in the management of complex technical organisations and strategic management in a medium-sized environment with an international focus Knowledge of Lean Management, Process Optimization and Production Control Experience in the international business environment and safe handling of ERP-based production processes German knowledge and good English skills
