At the same time, traditional SAP surfaces are often perceived as complex and less intuitive. The rapid progress in the field of artificial intelligence opens up completely new possibilities for analyzing business processes, understanding user needs and deriving innovative user interfaces and digital assistance solutions. As part of the SAP Transformation business program at Daimler Buses, you deal with the question: How can artificial intelligence help to automatically understand SAP processes and develop user-centred, modern and efficient user experiences from them?

During your final work or your internship, you take responsibility for the investigation and prototypical development of new approaches for the future SAP user experience. In particular, the following tasks belong to your field of activity: Analysis of selected SAP business processes with regard to user-friendliness, process complexity and optimization potential Investigation of current AI technologies (e.g. Large Language Models, Generative AI, Copiloten and Automation Platforms) in the context of SAP and User Experience Development of a methodological approach for automated derivation of user-centred interfaces from business processes Conception and prototypical implementation of innovative user experiences for SAP applications Planning, implementation and evaluation of expert interviews and workshops with departments, process managers and IT experts Assessment of the developed concepts with regard to user acceptance, cost-effectiveness and technological feasibility Independent structuring and controlling work using modern project management methods Substantial support of adjacent topics within the SAP transformation at Daimler Buses

Immatricated Student of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design or a comparable degree course with high IT affinity Enthusiasm for the topics Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, User Experience and Process Optimization Analytical and structured working methods as well as the ability to understand complex situations Own initiative, creativity and joy in developing new solutions Communication strength and security in the moderation of interviews and workshops First experiences with SAP, UX methods, process modeling or AI applications are of advantage Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
