Holistic support of our customers with special focus on the technical advice of the products as well as applications and individual customer requirements Creation and tracking of offers taking into account technical specifications, product requirements and customer-specific solutions Coordination and control of the entire order flow Close coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and production processes Preparation and support of complaints Participation in customer appointments to strengthen customer relationships

You have a successfully completed technical training, ideally in the field of ventilation technology or with reference to technical building equipment You have experience in the distribution of technical products and in order processing You are able to process customer requests quickly, structured and solution-oriented You are sure to deal with technical requirements, product data and customer-specific solutions You work profit-oriented, are team-ready and helpful You have good knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft teams, experience with ERP systems is beneficial You convince by communication strength as well as a professional and service-oriented appearance towards customers and internal interfaces
