We are the Team Strategy Implementation & insights and work on the central corporate management processes of OTTO. Together we prepare decisions for management, analyze business developments and accompany important planning and review processes. We work closely with different disciplines. Our team meets regularly from Tuesday to Thursday at the OTTO campus in Hamburg. Therefore, your working time takes place mainly on these days. After consultation, mobile work is possible at points. As a working student*in, you support us in analyses, the creation of management documents, the pre- and post-processing of review formats as well as in overarching strategic issues. You will get exciting insights into the management of one of the largest e-commerce companies in Germany and work closely with experienced colleagues. Our work follows a firm business rhythm. Especially in the months of April, August and November/ early December, we are going through important planning and review phases, in which the team is dependent on full support. Therefore, in these periods a holiday is usually not possible. If you enjoy binding teamwork and want to take responsibility in more intensive project phases, you are right with us.

Operational support of review formats You create and care templates, timelines and work documents Organisation, pre- and post-processing of central working meetings along the review process Preparation of communication content along the review process Support for quality assurance and finalization of management outputs (Word, PowerPoint, PDF) Documentation and Processing of Feedback & Take Aways from Meetings Process and format development Working with iterative optimization and automation of processes and standards Support in the introduction of new review formats from 2027 Support for testing and introduction of AI-based methods It's waiting for you Direct insights into the management of one of the largest e-commerce companies in Germany Close to the central control and decision processes of OTTO Cooperation with experts from different business areas Possibility to help modern AI applications in management and analysis processes High self-responsibility and co-design of the further development of processes and formats

Studies in Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science or a comparable degree programme You can support us for 2 years from November (18h/week). You prepare information structured and carefully and enjoy understanding complex relationships. You communicate safely with different stakeholders, both in writing and oral. You work reliably, organize and keep track of multiple tasks. You are passionate about corporate governance, strategy and business processes. You have a secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You already have first points of contact with AI-assisted methods or want to deal with tools like copilot, chatGPT or Claude. Of course, you use AI tools for tasks and processes in your field. Your language level: German C2 (approximately native) and English C1 (skilled language use)
