Implementation, administration and maintenance of client management systems as well as selection of appropriate client software Monitoring and troubleshooting in 2nd and 3rd level support Consulting colleagues and customers in the application and implementation of IT solutions Supporting an M365 hybrid environment, including the implementation of security measures and the further development of services Head of team-wide projects to optimize processes and IT applications

You bring multi-year professional experience in the Windows environment with and in the client server environment (including Active Directory, GPOs or Network Technology) You have knowledge of IT client management (Windows/Mac OS) Ideally you bring knowledge in the M365 environment Flowing German and good English skills are assumed
