Check member and customer complaints: You deal with complaints from members, customers, lawyers and third parties regarding Plus/Premium membership as well as all insurance products of ADAC Insurance AG, ADAC Autoversicherung and ADAC Home. Edit complex damages: For complex damages with legal background, check the situation and carefully investigate. Initiate quality measures: You identify potential for improvement in products and processes, derive concrete measures to improve quality and maintain it. Interests in bodies: You actively contribute the requirements of the members, the department and your tasks within the quality management area to working groups and projects.
You have completed the 1st State exams successfully or are full lawyer. You have already (first) experience from the complaint or legal department of a (insurance) company – or have been active in the product management of an insurance or association. You communicate clearly, step up safely and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. You work independently, think analytically and have the pleasure of making complex facts understandable. Conflict talks do not stop – on the contrary: You see a chance to find good solutions. You are a team player with high social competence and are happy to bring your ideas actively.
