You support our team as FEA/Design Engineer (m/d) Air Springs

Construction and calculation of air springs and their components and their impact in the vehicle in close cooperation with the design team, application engineers, customers and suppliers. Continuous matching of test and simulation results through close cooperation with test engineers. Considering the simulation and development results from economic aspects such as material use and feasibility. Considering and developing methods, standards and processes. Support for the integration of digitalization solutions. Head of innovation projects. Presentation of development and calculation results for customers and suppliers and advice.

Complete master's, bachelor's or diploma studies in mechanical engineering, vehicle construction, engineering or comparable. Min. 3 years of relevant professional experience in product development, ideally in the automotive industry or large series industry. Knowledge of FEM software (primary Abaqus, secondary MSC.Marc/Mentat, Moldflow), Python scripting and CAD software (mainly CATIA, secondary Siemens NX or others). Experience with automation and AI tools. Impressed communication strength, a solution-oriented and responsible working style and an entrepreneurial attitude. Current knowledge of German and English.
