Senior Team Lead Content & Campaigning (gn*)

You take the lead of a dedicated and highly motivated content and campaigning team within digital commerce, consisting of seven team members As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with departments and executives, ensure a smooth running of all processes, align different objectives with each other and thus ensure the optimal onsite marketing of our assortments You keep the strategic and operational goals of your team in mind, analyze results and continuously develop processes The development and motivation of your team are at your heart, you promote talents and strengthen cooperation Your experience in a commercial environment allows you to take over budget planning and strategic personnel planning in a targeted and responsible manner

A completed degree in e-commerce, communication, marketing or comparable training Enthusiasm for stakeholder management and very good communication skills that convince and inspire At least two to three years of leadership ideally in complex matrix organisations A high degree of self-reflection, clear understanding of your strengths and potentials, as well as the willingness to further develop your personal skills You lead with enthusiasm and a supportive leadership style Agile working methods supported by tools like Jira and Confluence are your daily companions A high level of expertise in creating, planning and coordinating digital content in the e-commerce sector A strong online affinity and a good technical understanding that facilitates the handling of digital tools Embossed Analytical Skills and a Data-Driven Mintset with which you will ensure success across teams and departments
