actively shape our path of success and support M&A transactions in the recycling sector at international level In doing so, you conduct financial due diligence tests, business analyses and the creation and control of enterprise assessments (e.g. DCF analyses) independently by: The creation of financial models and implementation of financial analyses for M&A transactions as well as investments in Sustainability / ESG are part of your daily business Communication with our international colleagues and advice on our investment strategies As a contact person and coordinator of the project teams (operative experts / external consultants) you support the preparation of tender letters and contract negotiations You analyze macroeconomic and political information in our stock and target countries You create and review the cost-effectiveness of project calculations for real estate purchases, tenders and plant construction and enrich them by your entrepreneurial thinking

Its basis is a successfully completed business studies, at best with the focus on Finance / Accounting (IFRS), as well as a reference to the M&A and corporate assessment topics. You have several years of professional experience in the field of M&A / company assessment A targeted, careful and structured way of working in conjunction with a pronounced analytical mindset The joy of dealing with financial key figures as well as team skills are just as natural for you as well as good communication with all stakeholders You have very good German and English skills Safe handling of MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint completes your profile
