Caring for municipal land: You manage inheritance rights and accompany land on behalf of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg Design contracts: You support the creation, adaptation and negotiation of inheritance contracts for residential and commercial property Contact: You communicate with inheritance rights, authorities and other project participants and ensure a smooth flow of information Examination of applications: You will process requests for burdens or structural changes on building sites and accompany the relevant processes Keep an overview: You check invoices and management documents, commission traffic reviews and provide a structured documentation Also on the way out: You carry out plot visits and get an overview on site

Funded basis: You have a completed commercial training – e.g. as real estate businessman (m/w/d), bank businessman (m/w/d), insurance businessman (m/w/d), lawyer and notary staff (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Curious on special topics: You don't have to bring previous knowledge of the genetic engineering law.
