Underwriter Technical Insurance - Process Optimization (m/w/d)

You are responsible for underwriting in all relevant technical insurance divisions, make yield-oriented drawing and pricing decisions in accordance with the applicable CRLs and authorisations You support the sales partners: both in the care and development of existing business connections and proactively support our sales partners and the sales partners: You coordinate and control assigned customer connections, regularly conduct customer and sightseeing appointments in coordination with the respective sales partners: You maintain offers and their successes together with the displaced persons, are responsible for the implementation and participation of refurbishments in coordination with the displaced persons and actively shape the sales process by consulting intermediaries and displaced persons You support department management and unit management in the continuous process improvement, carry out project work and are willing to turn into the acquisition personally and conduct their own sales talks, if necessary also on site You observe and communicate market trends and are involved in the creation and implementation of specialist training and information events for intermediaries and sales

(m/w/d) für Versicherungen und Finanz (m/w/d) or comparable training with the focus on technical insurance You have an economic or technical degree (required) You bring many years of experience in the technical insurance segment and have a high degree of self-responsibility, readiness to use and time flexibility You have a strong team capacity and communication strength, have a capacity for structured and conceptual approach as well as negotiation experience and skills You are willing to be externally service-oriented, their thinking and acting is customer- and service-oriented You like to perform self-organization tasks, the safe handling of MS Office applications is one of your strengths
