Pedagogical specialist in a daycare center

We are looking for an educational specialist (less in full time) for our KiTa superheroes.

The KiTa works with 9u3 children in the partially open concept.

A full-time colleague for the single-group facility (Uhlandstraße 16), which works closely with the facility on the opposite side of the road, is sought.

The KiTa superhero is part of the Falkennest KiTa gGmbH. The Falkennest Kita gGmbH is the carrier of currently nine daycare facilities in the Recklinghausen district. We are a non-confessional, world-politically open institution that welcomes children and parents of all cultures, religions and countries of origin, of course including, participatively and democratically works on all levels.

Activity description:

Specialist in a facility for children aged three years to enter school.

In addition to the positive attitude to our principles, we expect:

• Experience in education, promotion and care of children in the age group mentioned
• Knowledge of the implementation of the educational agreement NRW
• knowledge of reconciliation models and integration theory
• Experience or incorporation into the portfolio concept for child care and support
• Experiences and/or motivation in working with parents (training techniques)
• Experiences with project work and cross-group offers
• Knowledge in the fields of language education, exercise, health and nutrition, environmental education and natural experience, social and intercultural education, Muslim-aesthetic education
• Team skills, organizational skills, resilience, flexibility,
• Responsibility and empathy
• willingness to participate actively and implement the pedagogical concept
• compliance with our Code of Conduct for the Handling of Protective Recommended in the light of our guidelines and the Teamampel
• Participation in training on the child protection concept of the municipality

Other conditions:

• Extended policing certificate
• knowledge of hygiene regulations and if there is evidence of an instruction
