Takeover of contract management for mobile telephony contracts as well as care and management of relevant contract and inventory data Support for users with planned network changes and ensuring smooth implementation Documentation of changes in databases and system environments and maintenance of master data Creation, updating and optimization of knowledge database entries Support and Troubleshooting of Mobile Systems and Provider Control

Complete training required in a technical or technical profession, e.g. as an IT system merchant/wife, merchant/wife for IT system management or comparable First practical experience in dealing with mobile phone providers and their service and administration portals Safe handling of Microsoft 365 or MS Office applications Structured, reliable and independent working and pleasure in recurring administrative activities Very good German knowledge at C1 level
