Implementation of administrative activities in the field of occupational safety Organisation of occupational medical examinations for employees with office activities Leading the Precaution Card – Documentation of All Medical Investigations at the Southwest Branch, including Result Ensuring the documentation of all documents relating to the protection of workers, including monitoring of the PSA issue lists, and managing the instruction calendar Execution of queries and preparation of evaluations for the headquarters, branch management and management Planning and organisation of training and courses for special functions such as first helpers, fire protection officers and safety officers including running a training calendar Ordering and auditing in SAP for the Department of Human Resources and Development
