(m/w/d) im IT-Support / Help Desk/ First-Level-Support in full time (39.0 hours/ week)

As an IT contact partner on site, you will address colleagues in the indoor and outdoor services. The close cooperation with the central support and the processing of enquiries in the 1st and 2nd level support are your daily business. Disorders and service requests are handled by you independently via our Service Desk system (ServiceNow). For questions about applications or systems, you can consult the users. The configuration, installation and maintenance of client hardware and software also fall into your task area. Technical documentation, system data and contributions to the IT knowledge database are created and maintained continuously. You can independently control the processes of your task within a small, specialised IT team.

You have completed training or further training in the IT sector. First experience in IT support is desirable, but no need – important is that you are technically versed and like to work solution-oriented. When handling Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365 and common enterprise software, you feel safe. Basic knowledge of Unix and network technologies will help you quickly work into our IT infrastructure. Ideally, you also bring technical understanding in the field of mobile devices, especially for Apple/iOS systems. You communicate clearly and understandably – both in German and in English. Your work is structured, reliable and targeted. At the same time, you are characterized by resilience, flexibility and team capacity. Your very good German skills complete your profile.
