Strategic project and portfolio controlling: Commercial management of the project and transformation portfolio as well as consulting management and project managers. Governance, Planning & Forecasting: Developing standards, forecasts and business cases as well as ensuring budget, resource and risk transparency. Strategic Business Impact: Assessment of the contribution of projects to corporate strategy and support for prioritisation decisions. Data Driven Steering & Digitization: Further development of data-driven reporting and control concepts using modern technologies and AI. Professional leadership & stakeholder management: coordination of cross-disciplinary topics, consulting stakeholders and creating decision-relevant management reports.

Your profile - This is what you enthuse us: Successfully completed studies of business management, economic engineering or a comparable field of expertise. Multiannual professional experience in project controlling, portfolio controlling or consulting in a challenging project environment. Detectable experience in managing complex, cross-departmental projects or transformation programs. Impressed business understanding as well as the ability to assess strategic issues quantitatively and qualitatively. Very strong analytical skills as well as sound knowledge in reporting, business intelligence, data modeling and data-driven decision support. High consulting skills and the ability to communicate convincingly at management and executive level. Embossed initiative, willingness to design and a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Routinized use of modern technologies and AI-based methods for optimizing analysis, forecasting and decision-making processes.
