Commercial Specialist – Recruiting, HR & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Responsible control of the entire recruiting process (job displays, applicant management, interview coordination, onboarding) Design and further development of our employer attractiveness (social media, employer branding, HR processes) Structure and implementation of recruiting measures (e.g. trade fairs, university activities) Close cooperation with departments and management Support Management and Backoffice Takeover of organisational activities and processing of commercial tasks

A completed commercial training, ideally a further training in the personnel sector (e.g. specialist, personnel specialist or similar) First experience in recruiting or staffing A safe occurrence, communication strength and organizational talent Interest in modern recruiting themes (Active Sourcing, Social Media Employer Branding) A structured, independent way of working as well as team skills and initiative Pragmatism and willingness to take responsibility and actively shape the staff area
