You guide, coach and motivate our front office team For a smooth run at reception & Guest Services You are host:in passion – present, attentive, solution-oriented complaints? You see as a challenge, not as a problem Schedules, numbers & KPIs are just as easy as spontaneous surprises You work closely with housekeeping, reservation and Revenue Management You bring fresh ideas in and trust yourself to make things different
