Technical and disciplinary management of the Special Waste Team including Special Waste Interim Warehouse (approx. 9 employees) Ensuring the legally compliant collection, storage, treatment and disposal of special waste Responsibility for compliance with all relevant environmental, hazardous goods, occupational safety and quality regulations Creation, testing and documentation of the required disposal evidence Identification of appropriate sales routes and management of price and contract negotiations with disposal and recovery facilities Implementation of price calculation and preparation of offer creation Technical processing and monitoring of tenders Care and advice of existing and new customers on all issues relating to the disposal of hazardous waste Planning, control and optimization of department processes (e.g. acceptance, interim storage, transport)

Completed technical or chemical training, e.g. specialist for circulatory and waste management, chemical or comparable discipline/qualification Knowledge in handling hazardous waste Good knowledge of the relevant legislation (e.g. detection regulation, hazardous substance and dangerous goods law) Professional experience in the disposal industry of advantage, ideally in the special waste or hazardous materials sector Qualification as a hazardous goods and/or waste manager with a corresponding recognised specialist and training certificate Safe handling of computer systems (ERP, MS Office) Representative leadership and communication strength, cooperation and team skills High sense of responsibility, especially in terms of safety and the environment Analytical and Structured Operation with High Problem Solution Competence High readiness, resilience and determination
