These are your tasks

• Manual painting of electric motors and their components in the HVLP process using the beaker gun while maintaining predetermined quality standards
• Independent preparation of workpieces (cleaning, gluing, masking and grinding)
• Operation and monitoring of the Power & Free conveyor system across all process zones
• Conducting corrosion protection coatings according to the corrosivity categories C1 to C5 according to DIN EN ISO 12944
• Implementation and documentation of visual, layer thickness and quality controls
• Implementation of maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of the painting plant and equipment
• Active participation in continuous improvement processes, e.g. by introducing ideas for optimizing painting techniques, workflows and plant efficiency
