Our great team currently consists of 9 colleagues and we are looking for further reinforcement. We work on various topics related to the dropshipment at OTTO. A significant settlement path is the depot direct delivery. This includes, among other things, coordination with suppliers to their logistics performance. This high-volume theme area is being worked with us in cooperation with important stakeholders such as the shopping areas and logistics service providers. Many speak of “Homeoffice” – we of “hybrid or mobile work”: You can work remotely up to 50% of your monthly working hours. Our teams, together with their leadership, decide how to balance out local time and mobile work.

Must-have: You are a registered full-time student with a focus on logistics and can support us from 01.04.2026 for at least 1 year (18 h/week). You bring an understanding of processes. You can work with the common IT systems (MS-Office, especially Excel). You convince by high self-employment and a very independent way of working. You can experience advice in an interface between different areas. You are open to employing you more with AI tools and using them for your work. Your language level: German C2 (approximately native) and English A2 (basic knowledge). Nice-to-have: You have first process knowledge within the logistics.
