Deputy Accounting Manager (all gender)

You are responsible for the accounting of our hotels in the Cologne and Bonn cluster and control the daily schedules You take responsibility for employees and trainees and support their professional development You will see the correct collection of all transactions and the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB You monitor open items, prepare the weekly reminder and take care of bank bookings, payment receipts, advance payments and deposits You participate in budget and forecast planning, monitor the monthly results and carry out target-actual comparisons of costs and revenues You are contact for our Maritim Head Office as well as for external third parties and auditors You represent the head of the department and take on assignments and orders from the central accounting department You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of work processes in accounting

You have a successfully completed training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector and already professional experience in a comparable position in the accounting sector You have a very good understanding of numbers and work independently, structured and carefully Organizational talent, team skills as well as a strong sense of responsibility and quality characterize you Discretion, trustworthiness and reliability are of course for you You have good computer skills, especially in MS Office; Knowledge of Filosof and UNIT4 are beneficial flowing knowledge of German, good knowledge of English and a secure written and oral expressiveness complete your profile
