We make port: With great passion, we keep running the infrastructure of the Port of Hamburg around the clock. We are more than 1,900 HPA colleagues who drive forward advanced ideas to develop Hamburg's heart and make the port a bit more sustainable every day. The unit “BIM & Digitization” forms the center of competence for the digitization of planning, construction and operation. Our dynamic team of nine BIM managers is responsible for digital twins, among others: the implementation, development and standardization of the BIM method and digital twins operational BIM management in projects, the design of training and network formats. As a central ''BIM-Leitstelle'' we are closely involved in the program BIM.Hamburg (www.bim.hamburg.de) and work in cooperation with the Federal Ministry for Transport (BMV) on the development of federal BIM standards (www.bim-bundesfernstrassen.de). You take responsibility as a subproject management and introduce your expertise into the project “Digital twin main harbour route”: You bear responsibility in the direction of the subprojects “Digital Twin Kaimauer”, “Niedrig-Aufwand-Digitaler Zwilling” and, in future, other subprojects. In the “Digital Twin Kaimauer” subproject, you will implement at least one quay wall as a digital twin together with the section “Kaimauern und Uferwanden” and our project partners, and together with the section decide which information is received in the digital twin and which applications are implemented. In the “Niedrig-Aufwand-Digital Twin” subproject, you will explore possibilities for scaling digital twins, defining minimum requirements for implementing digital twins and recommending practical implementation strategies. You carry out workshops with the users in the areas of Kaimauer, Bridge and the examination of the building and integrate your feedback into the further development of the digital twin. Together with our team, you shape the future of digital planning, construction and operation: You support the creation of application recommendations for the use of digital twins for HPA, BIM.Hamburg, FHH and BMV. You develop standards for digital twins for HPA, BIM.Hamburg, FHHH and BMV.

You have a completed academic degree (Diplom/Master) in civil engineering, industrial engineering or comparable skills and knowledge. You have experience in project management – ideally with appropriate certification (IPMA, Scrum, Prince2 or similar). You are passionate about digital innovations. With BIM and the Digital Twin you know or are ready to work intensively. You have a strong analytical and conceptual thinking capability to capture complex relationships. An excellent communication capability, safe occurrence and the ability to act in a solution-oriented manner even in conflicting requirements are distinguishing you. Your profile is rounded off by a very good team capability, high flexibility in thinking and acting as well as your structured and targeted way of working.
