You secure a smooth and timely flow of material and actively support our production and delivery You are responsible for operating purchasing processes and ensure sustainable supply security You work closely with internal departments and international suppliers You optimise purchasing and procurement processes and contribute to increasing efficiency along the supply chain You support the achievement of our KPI goals and actively promote continuous improvements with

Your tasks You plan and create orders as well as framework contracts based on determined needs and requirements You continuously track orders and material deliveries You communicate closely with internal interfaces and external suppliers to ensure demand-oriented material flow You conduct independent negotiations at prices, delivery times and delivery dates You take over the commercial handling of import shipments including tariff classification You collect and analyze data in the ERP system, ideally SAP Business One You process returns and direct debits together with goods receipt and quality management You check and release invoices You monitor and care our internal software Lean DNA to promote sustainable efficiency in the supply chain You optimise existing shopping processes and initiate KPI-enrichment measures You're puggling master data in ERP system You take special tasks within the shopping area as required

You have a successfully completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have an additional qualification in the area of purchasing or supply chain You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing a manufacturing company Experience in mechanical engineering or industrial environment is advantageous You have experience in handling ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One, as well as MS Office You communicate safely in German (at least C1 level) and well in English in word and writing You think entrepreneurial and have a good negotiating skills You convince by communication strength and a safe occurrence You work structured, independent and quality-conscious Reliability, care and team skills Ideally, you bring knowledge in Kanban systems and Lean Manufacturing methods You are open to changes and develop processes actively
