Expert Advisor Fee Law (m/f/d)

In our team we design and optimize the processes for the performance service of our Germany-wide customer service centres. As a central contact person, we develop new regulations and are at the side of our colleagues in the customer service centres in order to be able to offer our insured persons the optimal service. Are you like us? Then get yourself in: The optimization of processes gives you pleasure: You take over the technical support and optimization of the control system of the test software ZABAS GOÄ and GOZ. In addition, you perform the professional controlling. In addition, you initiate quality assurance measures, perform them independently and also take over the subsequent reporting. As a competent contact person, you ensure a high quality of the performance processes in the field of fee law and dental treatment: The planning and implementation of workshops and working groups is in your area of responsibility. In addition, you can serve, advise and train – also decentralized – mainly our GOÄ and dental experts in the customer service centres and other organizational units. As an organizational institution, you can take part in our diverse projects: you actively participate in the project work, from technical analysis to project management for defined projects in the medical service. Complicated invoices by GOÄ or GOZ? For you no problem: You process individual case-related decision templates from the customer service centres. In addition, you promote the development and quality of the supervised experts in the customer service centres.

Education: You have successfully completed a study of health economics, economics or a comparable degree programme. Alternatively, you will bring a training with professional experience in a similar field. Experience: You have ideally already (first) professional experience with the test system ZABAS. Knowledge: You have good knowledge of the service of a health insurance or as an alternative with the GOÄ / GOZ. Personality: In everyday work, you will also keep an overview of many simultaneous tasks and projects and are characterised by an independent working method and by an organizational design.
