you are a full-fledged team member and work with Learning & Development professionals and motivated students. take the training management of some Materna campus offers independently. plan and organize our internal and external trainings with all participants and trainers. use our training management system for the organization and administration of advanced and advanced training. you are responsible for publishing digital content and e-learning in our Learning Management System. introduce yourself to the content expansion of our campus offer as well as other Learning & Development projects.

That's what you bring A current Bachelor's degree BWL with focus on human resources, work, organizational or economic psychology. Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel etc.) Ideally you bring first professional experiences from a student activity You speak German in C1 level and also English well. That's what characterizes you personally You work independently, go proactively to tasks and are reliable and adaptable. You see challenges as opportunities. Teamwork is fun for you – you communicate openly, get active and care for a positive, collaborative working atmosphere. You are a real organizational talent and you are structuring your tasks in order to achieve the goal efficiently and successfully.
