Team Leader Resource and Capacity Planning (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team and promote the individual development of your employees. You are responsible for the efficient and economical deployment planning of our drivers: both inside and assets taking into account current traffic performances and legal and operational requirements. You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials and actively develop the department within our growth strategy. You initiate quality assurance measures, accompany their implementation and ensure sustainable compliance. You ensure careful and correct maintenance of all relevant data in our IT systems and ensure high data quality. You are a competent and communicative contact person for internal and external interfaces, and you encourage trusted cooperation.

You have completed training or studies in the railway, or logistics sector. You bring several years of professional experience in personnel planning, trash management or transport planning in a railway company. You have leadership experience in a comparable position. You convince by pronounced communication strength and a safe occurrence. You work structured, analytic and independent. You bring travel readiness within Germany. You have very good geographic knowledge. You can communicate safely in German and English, both oral and written.
