Energy Consultant – Energy and Subsidy Consulting (Trier Location)

Holistic energy consulting: support for clients from initial talk to completion. Refurbishment strategies: creation of individual refurbishment plans (iSFP) – from individual measures to the efficiency house. Building envelope in focus: Analysis and optimization of insulation, windows and entire building envelope incl. Heating Funding & Funding: Advice on funding programmes, grants and supplementary loans and combination with tax advantages. Application & settlement: independent processing of all funding applications and monitoring of the measures. Customer communication: Presentation of the results and joint development of individual refurbishment strategies – adapted to the financial possibilities of the builders. Interdisciplinary cooperation: coordination with our structural planners in the case of landline changes and structural interventions.

Studies in the field of civil engineering, building physics or supply engineering or qualification as a construction technician or comparable qualification. Experience in energy consulting and funding consulting of advantage. Registration or registration in the Energy Efficiency Expert List desirable. Empathy and joy in dealing with people – advice! Ability to understand complex topics
