For the Waldenburg site, we are looking for a Consultant Digital Transformation / IoT (m/w/d) that masters the exciting challenges of the digital world and shapes the future of the industry.

You develop strategies for the introduction and use of digital twin automation solutions to optimize business processes and increase efficiency. Project management: You conduct projects to develop and implement digital solutions and ensure that all requirements and objectives are met. You work closely with other departments to understand their requirements and adjust the solutions accordingly. Staff training & change management: You accompany change management issues and train employees in dealing with new technologies and promote understanding throughout the company.

THE BRINGST DU DA FOR MIT Background: You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economic Engineering, Economics or a related field. Experience: You bring experience in digital transformation and project management and understand business relationships. Technology Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), data analysis, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing. Expertise: Experience with digital twins or similar technologies is beneficial. Analytical skills: You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Strategic thinking: You think of results-oriented and are able to implement strategic goals in measurable successes. Language knowledge: You communicate with you in German and bring very good English skills. Readiness to travel: You are ready for occasional national and international trips to represent the company at trade fairs.
