Tasks and Activities

• They help customers find the right job.
• They inform about training and qualification opportunities and develop professional perspectives together with your customers.
• As a personal contact person, you create integration plans together with your customers and document progress in integration into work.
• You recognize and promote the potential of your customers.
• They individually and independently advise a firm customer base and work closely with internal departments and external bodies (e.g. language courses, educational institutions or advisory bodies).

Requirements

• a (special) university degree (for example from the environment social security, administration, law, financial and accounting or personnel management)
• as an alternative to (skilled) higher education, professional training or completed vocational training (ideally in the commercial sector or in the fields of administration, social security or law) and an at least three-year professional experience with tasks and requirements comparable to the written activity
