We are a 4 star family-run holiday hotel on the North Sea island Spiekeroog. Our house has about 150 beds (double & single rooms, suites, apartments), a spacious wellness & SPA area, a restaurant and an Irish pub. The island peace experience includes our host idea, which meets the wishes of our guests with cordiality. Because we want our guests and our team to feel at home.

Your kingdom in the morning: diverse, flexible, responsible and above all creative.

Breakfast buffet: You are responsible for building, equipping and visually appealing presentation of our buffet as well as post-processing. You prepare fresh egg dishes according to the wishes of our guests individually and to the point. You control the receipt of goods and actively support the chef in the daily order. After breakfast service, you support the other items at the Mise-en-place for the daily business. Responsible for the proper order and cleanliness, especially in the kitchen area according to the general HACCP guidelines
