Change & Commitment Support: Support for the implementation and follow-up of a company-wide commitment programme under ongoing change initiatives Communication formats: participation in the planning, implementation and follow-up of regular internal formats such as Townhalls Content Creation: Preparation and adaptation of content for different channels and target groups (e.g. Intranet, Townhalls, Presentations) Project support: Contribution to the success of multifunctional projects through appropriate communication and change measures

You study communication science, psychology, business administration, or a related study program with creative and digital mindset (ideally in main studies or at least from the 3rd semester) Great interest in internal communication, corporate culture and change processes Self-employed and structured working methods with focus on high-quality results Secure handling of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and good English skills (at least level B2) First experiences in the fields of communication, change management or project work of advantage
